Zohr is a mobile tire shop serving customers across Greater Houston, Kansas City, and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. To keep up with growing demand and time-sensitive repair requests, ShortLoop deployed a customized AI for Zohr Mobile Tire to cover overflow and after-hours calls.

The Customer

Over the measured period, Zohr’s team saw a 4x ROI with ShortLoop. ShortLoop handled 21.4% of all inbound volume, out of which 22% were all after-hours calls.
It captured 182 customers who were interested in purchasing one or more new tires, and 239 new repair requests, ranging from tire repair to brakes and other fixes. The AI also helped with follow-up calls with Zohr’s active customers, who wanted to check up on their repair or were waiting on a specific update. The AI saved about 22 hours of advisor time on the phone as well.
These were all high-intent opportunities that would have otherwise gone unanswered or reached voicemail.
