The AI pulls customer profiles, vehicle history, and real-time availability directly from ARC before the conversation begins, providing accurate and relevant responses.

Appointments are booked directly into the ARC Service Scheduler

The AI captures intent, selects the right vehicle, adds remarks and op codes, and schedules the appointment, creating new customer records when needed, without any manual data entry.

Outbound campaigns run on live ARC data

ShortLoop's outbound AI uses customer and vehicle records directly from ARC CRM run targeted campaigns — recall notices, service follow-ups, declined job outreach — and syncs outcomes back into the system after every interaction.

Everything is written back into ARC after the call

Call notes, OpCodes, appointment details, and updated customer information are synced automatically. Advisors have full context when they follow up.
